Quality

We have made a conscious choice not to be quality certified, since the resources required in order to keep quality documentation up to date normally outweigh the benefits. Additionally, a quality system does not mean that the product is given the stamp of quality – rather it is the quality assurance system itself which is quality assured. Furthermore, such systems tend to cement processes, ways of thinking and ways of working, and there is no room for this in a small company like ours. We need to be faster, smarter and more effective than our “big” competitors.

However, we work internally on the quality assurance of certain processes (e.g. production and purchasing), and externally in contracts with project-specific quality plans in accordance with 9005. With smaller projects, our quality procedures are carried out internally, while with bigger projects and where requested, quality procedures are followed in accordance with the client’s wishes (quality folders, quality reviews, etc.).
