Who we are

How it all started

The story about Lindinvent and the world's first active supply air diffuser with built-in sensors began in 1995 . That's when, after receiving the first and giant order the Biomedical Center project, Herman Lindborg founded the company with his sons Mats and Thomas . Back then Lindinvent had four employees. Today that number has increased to 95 employees located at the offices in Lund (HQ), Stockholm, Gothenburg, Umeå and Linköping. Lindinvent's system is well known and integrated in thousands of different commercial buildings and hospitals.

Provide our customers with products for professional airflow control in different environments

Our concept is based on a continuous product development with our project managers. Due to close contact with the customer they
return feedback to product- and service development. We work with areas that engage us and we feel that we contribute to a better
environment as well as the well being of people in commercial properties, labs and hospitals.

We have a test lab for comfort- and lab ventilation, our own assembly- and testing crew, a skilled project management team with local partners
and service partners througout Sweden.

This is our formula to success. We are convinced that our employees is our most important resource. The products are the other part of our total delivery. This refers to more than our customers having a good indoor climate. It also refers to our inhouse climate and they way we act towards customers, suppliers, authorities and each other.

By creating a good indoor climate with minimum energy use, we create a better climate for our customers and saving the planet- one small step at a time.

We climate compensate our transportations (certificate)
We only use electricity from renewable energy sources (wind and water)
Lindinvent property has our own system, is energy efficient and climate neutral

Lindinvent has had AAA classification since 2006

This means that Lindinvent has maintained the highest credit rating for many years and has shown stability over time, both during boom and recession. Needless to say - we are proud!
