SBR - Lighting system control unit [CAN]

The SBR is a lighting system control unit with integrated control electronics that has its own connection to the control system for indoor climate via CAN loop.

With SBR, light can be linked to lighting system zones which offers flexible light control.
The light can be occupancy controlled with logging of breaks and illumination time. Using a SBR also eliminates current spikes occurring on activation and thereby disruptions in the wiring
network.

The relay function, connectors and control electronics are integrated into the double box.

Function
SBR with connected light (and push button - optional) is connected to the CAN loop. An external occupancy sensor can be directly connected to the SBR. The light can then be turned on and  off according to occupancy signals within the lighting system zone and/or via the connected push button. Lighting control The desired time to switching on or off is set on the SBR. What  hould trigger switching on or off can be chosen by selecting one of the following predefined function options:

• Switching on based on occupancy in the lighting system zone and switching off based on the time entered.
• Switching on with push button and switching off based on time to switching off or with push button.
• Switching on with push button and switching off based on the time entered.

Lighting zones
In the SBR, light can be configured for the desired lighting system zone. If one of the fittings in the same lighting system zone is activated, the light in the whole zone is switched on.

Service intervals
Communication with the parent system makes possible logging and display of the number of breaks and the illumination time, which provides the basis for changing HF diffusers and fluorescent lamps.
