Våningsplan med utplacerade komponenter
To give an overview of how Lindinvent's DALI solution works, you can look at a smaller part of a floor plan as an example. The floor plan consists of:
- Cellular office
- Open plan office
- Conference room
- Corridor
First you need to determine the functionality for the different rooms and then place the right components (you can read more about the different types of rooms to your right which solutions have been chosen).
The office space have supply air devices with built-in presence sensors (TTC with junction box CBX). The device communicates with the SBD via the CAN network leaving other presence sensors unnecessary for these surfaces.
The corridor lacks supply air devices and is therefore equipped with a presence sensor that communicates via DALI.
In this example, an SBD is selected for the corridor including the clerk room as the luminaires can be controlled by broadcast. For the office space, the DALI luminaires are fully addressed and are then controlled by a separate SBD.

Draw up an overall wiring diagram
When the functions and operating cards for each room type are determined (see under each type of room), an overall connection diagram can be drawn.
Supply air devices (TTC/CBX) and lighting control boxes (SBD) are connected to the CAN network via a shielded four-conductor cable. In the corridor, DALI and 230 VAC are drawn in common five-conductor cable. The corridor luminaires are laid on their own fuse and are fed via single phase.
In the office rooms, DALI and 230 VAC are also routed in common five-wire cable. However, the luminaires must be powered through two phases due to excessive load on individual fuse.
