DCV-CFb - Pressure or air volume control with air volume/pressure measurement

DCV-CFb can be operated in two modes via the CFLb controller. The unit either controls duct pressure and measures air volume, or it controls air volume while duct pressure is measured. The unit consists of a controller, CFLb, a damper motor, and a damper with a measuring flange. Units with a circular damper (Ø125-500) are delivered factory-assembled. For other damper sizes, the damper, measuring flange, damper motor and controller are delivered separately.

  • Equipped with a pressure sensor for accurate and fast pressure measurement and regulation.
  • Equipped with an air-volume sensor for fast, accurate air-volume measurement and regulation.
  • Like the DCV-SPb, it can regulate to the lowest pressure in the duct that provides sufficient flow to the most unfavourable diffuser by reading the diffuser's opening degree. This minimises noise levels. The most unfavourable diffuser can be shifted to another part of the system depending on the load.
  • Can optimise the pressure of the unit using LINDINTELL by adjusting the damper opening degree, which increases or decreases the pressure on the unit.
  • A number of parameters can be read and adjusted via the network and/or directly on the control unit using a connected user panel.
  • Can be connected via node ID to a communication bus (CAN) for access and communication with other cooperating nodes.
  • Factory-calibrated pressure sensor and flow sensor.
  • Menu-driven commissioning after logging into the regulator.
  • Can communicate with other systems via LINDINTELL or via Gateway NCE with Modbus TCP/RTU.
