GTQ-D - Temperature & Carbon Dioxide Sensor for Ducts

+ DOCUMENTATION + CASE

GTQ-D is a maintenance-free and long-term stable combined temperature and carbon dioxide sensor designed for easy installation in ducts. The sensors are mounted in a common single enclosure with a probe.

Function

The temperature sensor provides a 0-10 V output for the range of 13-43ºC.
The carbon dioxide sensor provides a 2-10 V output for the range of 400-2000 ppm.

Energy Savings

With a CO2 sensor, energy usage for ventilation can be significantly reduced, for example, in school environments. See the graph below showing reduced energy consumption as a function of operating hours on the unit with a CO2 sensor versus a presence detector in classrooms.
