GTQ-D - Temperature & Carbon Dioxide Sensor [Duct]
+ DOCUMENTATION + CASE
GTQ-D is a maintenance-free, long-term, stable combined temperature and carbon dioxide sensor designed for easy installation in ducts. The sensors are mounted in a casing with a plug-in tube.
Function
The temperature sensor outputs a 0–10 V signal for the range 13–43 °C, and the carbon dioxide sensor outputs a 2–10 V signal for the range 400–2000 ppm.
Energy Savings
With CO2 sensors, energy consumption for ventilation can be significantly reduced, for example, in school environments. See the graph below, which shows reduced energy usage as a function of operating hours on the unit with a CO2 sensor and a presence sensor in school classrooms.
