GT-S - Temperature Sensor Module for Radiators
+ DOCUMENTATION
The GT-S sensor module connects a valve actuator, and thereby a radiator equipped with a temperature sensor, to a room climate controller. With GT-S and the web-based interface LINDINSPECT®, radiators can be monitored.
Up to 20% of a facility technician's work time during the winter months can be spent investigating malfunctioning radiators. With GT-S and LINDINSPECT®, tenant complaints about inadequate radiator heat can be preempted. Monitoring radiator circuits reduces the property's energy consumption.
Applications
With GT-S and the LINDINSPECT® interface, a range of issues can be investigated and identified:
- Non-functioning actuators
- Non-functioning bypass groups
- Non-ventilated radiators
- Blocked valves
- Incorrect pipe connections
- Transmission losses in the piping system
- Incorrect supply temperature
- Removed valve actuators
The sensor unit can be ordered and delivered as a package consisting of a sensor module and a valve actuator (NC or NO) connected to a common junction box. This package reduces installation time and provides only ONE connection point for the electrician.
Note: In addition to a 4-wire connection to the room climate control system, an available analog input on the controller is required for connecting GT-S.
